How do I access my Dolphins membership tickets?
New Members will receive information on how to access and download tickets. Depending on your package, there are some differences in how to access or redeem. Sign in to your My Dolphins Account Manager to start managing your tickets.
How can 3 and 5 Game Members redeem their Suncorp Stadium Games?
3 Game and 5 Game Members will have the ability to redeem tickets to our Suncorp Stadium home games. Once purchasing, we will send you further information via email on how to redeem your tickets through the My Dolphins Account Manager.
Where can I buy tickets to individual Dolphins home games?
Ticketek are the official and only ticketing provider for the Dolphins. Tickets to any remaining Dolphins home game can be purchased here.
We always encourage you to join the Phin Fam by becoming a Member as we can provide you an array of benefits, a merchandise pack while also being the most cost effective way to attend our home games.
Do I need to pay my membership in full when I sign up?
You can pay your membership upfront or via PhinPay Payment plan.
Our PhinPay plan splits your payments up over a monthly period. Feel free to contact us to chat about our current PhinPay payment plan option.
How do I update my credit card details for my PhinPay Payment Plan?
To update your payment details, log in to your MyDolphins Account using your email address and password. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and select My Profile to edit your Payment Method.
How do I update my personal details?
To update your personal details, including phone, email and postal address, log in to your MyDolphins Account using your email address and password. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and select My Profile to edit your personal information.

What is the difference between Dolphins NRL Membership, Redcliffe Leagues Club membership and Redcliffe Dolphins Rugby League Club membership?
Dolphins NRL, Redcliffe Leagues Club and Redcliffe Dolphins Rugby League Club are separate entities and as such their memberships are separate. Unless otherwise specified, there are no reciprocal rights or shared benefits between any of these memberships.
Dolphins NRL Membership directly supports and provides benefits relating to the NRL Club, team and fixtures. Dolphins NRL membership can be purchased here
Redcliffe Leagues Club membership directly supports and provides benefits relating to the Redcliffe Leagues Club venue. More information can be found here
Redcliffe Dolphins Rugby League Club membership directly supports and provides benefits relating to Redcliffe Dolphins Hostplus Cup team and fixtures. More information to be announced by Redcliffe Dolphins.
Why don’t the Dolphins have a geographical location in their name?
The Dolphins are representing a far greater area than just one place – from Brisbane’s northern suburbs to the peninsula, the northern corridor, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and Central Queensland. What the club has built through its 75-year history will be shared across that footprint and represented by The Dolphins.
