Can I change my seats for the 2027 season?
Yes! There will be a seat change window available before the first payment is taken. When you log in during the renewal phase, you can also upgrade your membership to a different category. You will be able to do this all through your Dolphins Membership Account here!
Why are membership renewals held well in advance of the 2027 season kicking off?
Having the membership renewals at this time allows Members to start paying their package off on the PhinPay payment plan. It also allowed us to offer the Seat Change Window to renewing Members prior to 2027 packages going on sale.
What are the payment options that will be available for the 2027 membership renewal?
Membership can be paid via Visa, Mastercard or American Express on the following payment methods.
- Upfront: Complete your membership payment in full.
- PhinPay Payment Plan: Pay your Membership over 10 equal monthly instalments. Please note, if you hold a Non-Ticketed membership and are paying on this method, your membership pack will not be dispatched until after the 4th instalment.
Can I gift a Membership to someone?
Absolutely, membership makes a great gift! We recommend creating a new account under the recipient’s name and use their address, contact number and email address to not ruin the surprise. Then once you gift the membership let the recipient know to contact us to update the details into their own.

When will the Dolphins Home Games be announced?
The 2027 draw is likely to be announced by the NRL in mid November 2026.
Where will the Dolphins play their Home Games in 2027?
The Dolphins will split their 2027 home games between multiple venues including: Suncorp Stadium, Kayo Stadium and TIO Stadium in Darwin. There will be 10 home games played at Suncorp Stadium, 1 home game played at Kayo Stadium and 1 home game played at TIO Stadium.
Why are the Dolphins only playing 1 game at Kayo Stadium in 2027?
This year our average home crowd size at Suncorp Stadium was over 27,500, and by moving an extra game from Kayo Stadium - which holds only 10,000 - we can ensure thousands of fans are not locked out from supporting our team. The move also helps us work around Kayo Stadium hosting the Softball World Cup in 2027, which will see the stadium unavailable for an extended period of the 2027 season.
Why is there no longer a Red Category?
Our Red Category was isolated to Level 5. We want to bring all members together on the lower seating bowl to build the atmosphere and remain connected on game days where level 5 is not in use. The Red category will be retiring with Ray Stone.
Why is the Bronze Category only available in 10 Game Membership?
Due to limited number of Bronze seats on Level 3 of Suncorp Stadium, the priority goes to 10 Game members. With the current number of 10 Game Bronze Members, there are not enough seats left over on Level 3 to support 3 game redemption.
As a 10 Game Member can I add the game at Kayo Stadium?
Yes!
You will be able to upgrade from a 10 Game Membership to an 11 Game Membership. There will be an add on option in the renewal stage.
You can also add this during the season before the Kayo Game is played, just contact the Membership Team!
When will I be able to redeem my 3 and 4 Game Membership Entitlements?
3 and 4 game members will be able to redeem their seats prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. Redemption is likely due to open in mid to late January 2027?
