Convenience for you. We’re all busy – It allows us to tick this task off the list for you and ensure you don’t miss out on losing your seats.

While we have already held our Seat Change Window for 2024, Primary Account Holders can still request to change their seats by giving the Dolphins Membership Team a call on 1300 PHINS UP (1300 744 678).

Having the membership renewals at this time allows Members to start paying their package off on the PhinPay payment plan. It also allowed us to offer a Seat Change Window to renewing Members prior to 2024 packages going on sale.

Membership can be paid via Visa, Mastercard or American Express on the following payment methods.

  • Upfront: Complete your membership payment in full.
  • PhinPay Payment Plan: Pay your Membership over 10 equal monthly instalments. Please note, if you hold a Non-Ticketed membership and are paying on this method, your membership pack will not be dispatched until after the 4th instalment.

Absolutely, membership makes a great gift! We recommend creating a new account under the recipient’s name and use their address, contact number and email address.

These packages unfortunately do not exist for the 2024 season due to changes in venues or schedule. Instead of forcing you into the closest option, we wanted to offer you the choice on the direction you would like to take this coming year. Included in your renewal email is an upgrade option for you to consider. Alternatively, feel free to contact the Dolphins Membership Team who can assist in finding a package to best suit you.
