The below terms and conditions are relevant to the Dolphins NRL 2025 Thank You Members Round promotion.

Thank You Members Round Terms and Conditions

  1. Entries close at 11:59pm August 17, 2025.
  2. Entries are strictly limited to one per member. Any automated entries, fraudulent entries, or entries by persons using an alias shall be invalid.
  3. By completing the online form, you are registering for a chance to win a game day experience or prize and does NOT guarantee a place in the selected activities or prizes.
  4. This promotion is only open to those who are attending the Round 26 Dolphins vs Titans on Sunday 31 August kicking off at 4:05pm AEST.
  5. Winners will be selected at random with successful entrants being notified via email. Any unsuccessful entries will not receive further correspondence.
  6. On-field prize winners will be required to RSVP and confirm their attendance. Should no response be received by the deadline outlined in the RSVP email, the prize will be reallocated.  
  7. To be eligible to win a junior prize, entrants must be between the ages of 4-12.
  8. Each member is only eligible to win 1 (one) prize.
  9. Entrants who win a prize and are not able to attend the Round 26 Dolphins vs Titans game must notify the Dolphins Membership Team via email at least 2 business days prior to Sunday 31 August. Failure to do so may affect future competition entries which will be at the discretion of the Club. 
  10. Junior Members who are selected for an on-field experience may not be able to have a parent/guardian escort on-field, unless extenuating factors exist, and will be advised at the discretion of the club.
